Dealerships who report their financial information required by each quarterly deadline will qualify for BRP certification points. To check that you qualify for points follow the instructions below.
- BRP grants TrueTrack certification points on a quarterly basis.
- A dealer must submit valid data for all three months no later than 1 month after the close of the current calendar year quarter
- For example: Jan-March is Quarter 1 (Q1) based on the calendar year. The deadline for valid data submission for Q1 is April 30th, which corresponds to the end of Quarter 1.
Note: We highly recommend that you submit each month to get the maximum benefit from the tool.
STEPS TO ENSURE THE INFORMATION UPLOAD INTO TRUETRACK IS SUCCESSFUL:
- Login to www.truetracksolution.com
- On the top navigation bar, select Data Tools to reveal the dropdown menu, then select Input Status.
- Search by Dealer number in the dropdown.
- Use the legend at the top to make sure you don’t have the red icon mentioning that no data has been submitted.
Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before it’s reflected on your BRP certification scorecard.
