HOW DO I RECOVER MY PASSWORD?

You can reset your password directly from the TrueTrack website. If you forgot your password and need to reset it, please follow the steps below: 

1. Go to truetracksolution.com

2. In the upper right click the Login/Register button, click on the “Forgot Password?” link underneath the Sign In button.

3. You will be redirected to the Forgot Password page. Type in your TrueTrack email address and click the Submit button.
4. You will then receive an email telling you how to reset your password. Click on the link in the email and you will be redirected to a Reset Password page. Enter your New Password and then re-enter it in the Confirm New Password box, then click on the Reset Password button.
5. You will be redirected to the TrueTrack login page, where you can log in with your email address and new password.
